Change begins personally, but it does not end there.
The Launching Change Collective helps people become agents of change at the micro and mezzo levels: within their own lives, relationships, organizations, communities, and the larger society of which they are a part.

Change at the Intersection of People and Systems

We experience change personally, but we also create change through our relationships, organizations, and communities. The Launching Change Collective works across these interconnected spaces.

Micro: Individuals & Relationships
Change at the personal level can begin with healing, self-understanding, growth, agency, and the relationships that shape our everyday lives.

Mezzo: Organizations & Communities
Change also happens when people work together. Organizations and communities can strengthen their capacity to connect, communicate, collaborate, and respond thoughtfully to the people they serve.

Writing & Scholarship
Writing, teaching, and scholarship provide another space for exploring how people and communities understand themselves, navigate change, and participate in the world around them. Kimberly’s interdisciplinary work brings questions of human development, mental health, technology, faith, and community into conversation.

Meet Kimberly “Kim” Tribbett, MA, LPC, NCC
Kim, brings together experience in counseling, technology, education, and community-centered work. Across these disciplines, her work is connected by a persistent question: How can people be equipped and empowered to participate meaningfully in change, within themselves and alongside others?

Real People.
Real Possibilities.
Explore how individuals are creating and experiencing meaningful change in their everyday lives, relationships, and communities, and how moments of growth, connection, reflection, and action can shape the ways people understand themselves, engage with others, and participate in the world around them.
